The Veloblade Volta has been our latest investment in cutting-edge tech, this machine can digitally die cut any material up to 10mm thickness. Alongside cutting this machine can also crease and kiss cut stickers to any shape. The Veloblade supports a sheet up to 1020x720mm in size and can also use rolls of material. We have used this machine to create packaging for all types of products ranging from perfume bottles to panels for door entry systems.

Xerox Versant 180

General

Our V180 has had a couple of really good upgrades recently. We have now installed a GBC Inline Punch as well as a booklet maker. The GBC Punch adds extra finishing options by allowing us to punch paper for wire binding, comb binding and leaver arch folders while we print. This means that we can reduce the time of producing these documents for you. The booklet maker sits at the end of the press. Booklets are made in this unit and are compressed in the square back unit, making it square, giving it an almost perfect bound look.
